YAY!! SO I originally weighed this morning at 173.0. I thought "Okay, that's not too bad... almost a whole pound" but I was still wearing my PJ's. i ran around the house, did some things, and then got ready for my shower. I reweighed in the buff, and I was really at 172.4! I weighed several times to make sure, and yup sure enough I'm down 1.4 lbs since Monday!
I forgot to weigh this morning because I was in a hurry to get to the hospital to get my blood work done before the snow piled up to high. I'll do better tomorrow.
I'd really like to win one of these, so I am gonna kick into high gear today! I had no change from yesterday, but I think this weekend is going to be good for me. However TOM is looming around the corner, so who knows!!

Morning all. Holding steady, which I am quite grateful for. No workout last night, since I made myself sick sitting in front of the computer monitor too long, even when I wasn't using it.
I love a rainy Saturdays in the winter. I am just sitting here with my dogs, enjoying a cup of hot tea and listening to the rain fall. Life is good. Of course, there is this nagging thought I should get myself to the Y for an hour on the torture machines but that can wait a bit longer.
Well I went up about a pound yesterday, but I am back down today. TOM is messing with me. It is moving through, so I hope it is taking some poundage with it.
I'm going to do the 5 lb challenge. I like this idea, to break it into 5 lbs... I got depressed today after shopping, ugh those mirrors - thinking about how much weight I gained back, mad at self. BUT I CAN think about 5 lbs at a time, break it down. So it's on to 176 or so for me. I'm doing Body for Life but I'm going to add in some extra cardio to blast more fat.
