This IS a great way to get started! And look, if you lose 5 lbs you'll be in the 130's! WOO HOO!! That's my motivation for this challenge- if I lose 5 pounds I'll be out of the 170's woo hoo!
I stayed OP today for the most part. I did deviate for some chocolate chips, that took me over my calories by about 100... well, it's Friday. Tomorrow I'm going to be DEAD ON!
I set a goal to only weigh on Monday's but if I want to have a chance in this challenge I may have to weigh like 2 times a week or something!! you girls are doing awesome!
