Hattieeeeeeeee, hey you! I just came in here to calculate my hours as well and saw your post. Congratsssssss on your workouts . What I did in the past when I was part of the monthly ex. challenges was to calculate my weekly and then monthly total and then I copy and paste my month into word and print it out for my records. I have a folder that I put my papers in. Anywaysssssss, ugh Hattie, lol I am supposed to up it this month too but by adding some strenghth training and maybe some aerobics ....It's already FEB 2. so I better decide fast how much I am adding....I will work out my shedule and come back and let you know the plan.......but yesss, I am in! I will also work on gradually increasing my intensity on the TM as I have been doing. Talk soon and keep up the awesome work! I have to go do my numbers now and then some housecleaning and maybe some more TM.
