Hey everyone! I posted the results for this week. Some of you are shrinking machines! WOW!

Anyways, just a note, I will post this next week's results early, I will figure them all out on Thursday night, Asia time so that's like, early Thursday morning in North America. I am leaving for 12 days so there will be no tallying of results for the following week, but we'll be back in business by the first weekend in February.

So if you want to be included in the next update, post by Jan 22nd!
The next update after that will be February 7th!

Business aside, I am bummed about my numbers this week! I worked out 375 MINUTES this week--or about 6 hours & 15 minutes. I have only tracked my calories for 3 days but they were always around 1500. I seriously expected some huge losses, either with the measuring tape or the scale and I have GAINED a lb since last week and lost .75 in/gained .5 in for a overall loss of .25 in.

This week is shorter so that will be less time to lose. Ugh. I'm just bummed!

Waist: 27 1/2"
Belly: 33 1/2"
Hips: 44"
Thighs: 26 1/4"
Arm: 11 1/2

Current
Bust: 30"
Waist: 26 1/2"

Hips: 43"
Thighs: 26"
Arm: 11 1/4"

I posted Week 3 results.

alexs hot momma, I guess the "bust busters" category was deceiving, we are just using chest measurements... so I have your latest chest measurement and I'll post the difference with your next set of measurements.

Good job everyone, you're all doing awesome---some of you are incredible!

Again, no week 4, I'll be back for Week 5 on Feb. 7 so post at least one set of measurements by then.

I'm joining late. I love this idea! I'm glad I just took my measurements because I learned I've been buying the wrong size bra. Haha.

Belly: 34
Hips: 41
Thighs: 26

I won't re-measure until Feb. 1st because I doubt I'd see any noticeable change by this Sunday.

Hmm... a bit confused, my stats don't seem to have been updated?

Just a reminder of last week's entry:
Thursday, January 22nd
Bust: 36 -0.5in
Waist: 34.5 -0in
Belly: 41.5 -1.5in
Hips: 45 -1in
Thigh: 29 -0in
Upper Arm: 14in -0in
Inches Lost Week 3 - 3in
Total Inches Lost - 11.5in!!!
Percentage Lost So Far: 5.4%!

It says I've lost just 4% on the 1st page, but maybe I've calculated it wrong or something? I don't mean to be picky, I just want the credit I deserve (again, sorry if this is coming across catty, I'm just being a bit bossy :P)

Hey everyone, I'm back!

I'll be updating Sunday morning, Asia time, so that's usually Saturday evening, North America time.

georgiad, in my 1/22/09 update, I didn't yet have your 1/22 stats, just your 1/15, which totaled you at a 4% loss. My 1/22 in Asia comes sooner than the rest of the world so I just missed you. I can either use those stats for this next update or you can post a fresh set before this Saturday evening. I want to be fair and give everyone their due credit!
