Morning Thin. Thanks for starting the thread. I absolutely HATE moving, I hope to NEVER do it again!

I am in my post vacation I don't wanna do anything slump. It happens everytime I go on vacation. actually it usually coinsides with my mid-cycle slumps. I didn't work out at all this weekend AND I don't feel like going in today. I will get in some walking today, It is going to be about 70 degrees here. Scale is jumping around, LOTS of sodium this weekend. I am committing myself to drinking 120 oz of water today. I will get in about an hour of walking outsided, Maybe a couple of miles.

W 120 oz
E 60 minutes of walking
E I don't know, watch the sodium and keep it clean.
D Laundry, shopping for good healthy food.

Hey ya'll!

Wonky weekend....get this...I was supposed to work Saturday night 7p-7a...came home slept til DH woke me at 4:30p....realized that Sunday was the last day to redeem my Lane Bryant Real Woman Dollars. So I ran out shopping, brought home Chipotle (I got a salad, chicken, salsa NO cheese! black beans and veggies. The dressing may not have been OP but it was pretty good, honey chipotle...mmmm) so anyways, I didn't have to work that night until 3am-7am....fell asleep in the recliner chair around 7p or so and didnt wake up until my 1:30 am alarm...LOL I must have needed to catch up on my sleep! Oh, and came home this morning, thinking, I'm not even tired, I don't have to sleep today, the kids are in school/day care, this day is ALL ME! and yeah.....fell asleep 10am-1pm....WOW! Doubt I'll fall asleep tonight but who knows?

I am up and dressed for gym...but feel like hanging around here on the internet for now...BOOOOO....get up get going!? I am telling myself I'll go when DH gets home. He's home today going to see the dr. about that vasectomy incision infection...did I mention that last week or did I delete it thinking it was TMI? I can't remember. Either way, he'll be back by 4 and I'll have the kids picked up so I can go before dinner. If anyone is around, give me a shove, I'll get there.

Let's see if I can remember much about last week.

I did want to mention to Mindy....I LOVE LOVE LOVE roller skating! There was a time before Christmas-ish that we were taking the kids on Wed, family night. My legs would be so sore! The only thing was it was unevenly sore, since you go around that circle the same way, you lean on the left hip more than the right. So that was weird. And I still fall down alot. Oh and do you think that cream is doing anything for you? does it change your moods at all? Your libido? What was it again---a hormone cream?

Thin....I DO NOT envy you. I hate moving too. It sucks, but hopefully you have ALOT of help. When we moved into our current house, we got a keg and a BUNCH of pizza and had TONS of help. We got it all moved in one day. But I guess the excitement of the new house makes it worthwhile. Sometimes I still feel like this is my vacation house, I love sitting out on the deck in the summer.

Jeni, did you ever get all that soot cleaned up? Do you need a too, to get you back to the gym? LOL Yeah, ThinP that was for you too, get to zumba or call that trainer! You will love it! PS Jeni, do you have pics of this Disney trip? Have you ever scrap-booked your disney trips? I am a kinda-sorta scrapbooker and they have AMAZING Disney stuff! I bet HolyT would be proud, she's the real resident crafter. (Where you been anyways, amy?)

Mavis, hope you are enjoying your vacation. So proud of you for getting out of the 150s....FOREVER. I like your goal of losing one pound over vacation. I lost over my vacation last year, walking alot and walking in the sand, etc and not eating TOO out of control, not to mention you really do eat less when it's hot outside, you should be alright. Sorry about OS not being able to go. I can't imagine a family vacation without one of the kids. My SIL is going through that with her first one in college. She said day-to-day stuff like not having her for dinner is weird. I bet!

Nixmom, how goes it? I'm going down to the casino on the 25th. We have our bowling banquet and take our prize money down there and spend the night. its nice to get away with the DH, no kids. Plus its his birthday.

Shari, have you moved yet? Do I remember correctly that you are moving into the house with another 3fc'er? Thats so awesome! We really do meet a lot of special people on here.

I hope I'm not forgetting anyone, Aud, Lumi, E32 (???I only remember the E part. LOL I hope she knows who I'm talking about) Alright, love to all.

Hey! It worked! last I checked on it, it was still "thinking" circles going round and round and I thought, well it isn't going to work. BTW, the kids are just babies in those old Christmas pics, I just liked them so much, but yeah, they are about 3 years ago. Ooooohhh let me post a few more. LOL These were taken at the bowling banquet two years ago, I'm in the middle in the first one and the second is of me and my mom. Actually, these pics are on my MySpace so if they look familiar, that's why. oxoxoxo Michelle

Thanks for the kick Michelle! You got such a beautiful family. I got most of the soot out. but it will take months before I stop seeing it around. Yes I have pics of the trip. lets see
PIC_0153.jpg
My sister Anna, myself, Mak, and Tommy
PIC_0196.jpg
Tommy and I on Grizzly River Run. We got stuck on this ride for 25 minutes, worst thing was poor Tommy had to pee.
I did get in my walk today. I went to get Mak from school. 45 minutes there with Tommy in the Stroller. It took 70 minutes getting home. but we had several stops on the way back. round trip it is about 4.25 miles. I am still working on my water.

Girls. I love the pictures. It looks like you both a little redhead on your hands. I always want to have auburn hair, it just never turns out that way. We should all post pictures more often. That is fun.

I was going to start a new thread last night but didn't know how to put a link on the old one, so I didn't. Still so many things for me to learn.

TOM is cruising through. Since starting the cream I have been spotting and wasn't quite sure when TOM actually started officially. No question about today though. So I am interested to see what happens once this is over and see if the cream really does help. I only got up to 194ish and I was back down a little today. We'll see.

Thin- Good luck with the move. YUCK!! Who likes moving??

jeni- I don't feel like working out either. I will if you do.

Michelle- i would go crazy with a schedule like yours. I am so regimented in my sleep patterns, it would mess me up for good. Love roller skating. Need to do it more often. Oh yeah! SNOW!! WTH??? We got about 5 inches. A lot of it melted today, but, are you serious???

Better go dress for my workout and convince myself to do it. Dancing with the stars is coming on and then GO STATE!!!

Mindy, I will work out on Wed. I did get a good workout on my walk though. Imagine a 3 yo and 5 yo in a double stroller. I pushed them for over a mile before they decided to walk.

W 80 oz
E extra laps
E keep it below 1500.

Michelle & Jeni, beautiful kids! Thanks for sharing.

Michelle, your SIL is right, I hate not having all my birds in the nest. Can't imagine how hard it will be in August when my baby leaves for college too. I just keep telling myself, as Erma Bombeck said, give your kids roots and wings. I have done my best on both counts.
Just think, my oldest is 21 and a Jr in college, 5-6 years, maybe I will be a grandma.

Thin, I hate moving. I hate it with a passion. Good luck! Are you staying in the same area?

OK, got to get out of the computer room and get moving. Working today and tomorrow, leaving Thursday!! TTYL.

W 100
E OP
E Did my crunches, not sure what else I will get done.
D Stay the course!!

Default Morning Chickeepoos!

Lots of stuff going on! I posted some pics of my trip on my blog if ya wanna go look. And I started the week at 206 (yesterday). All I want is a lb a week. Anything more is just bonus. Here we go again!

Mindy - Skating.... I used to be a skate guard at the local roller rink. The smell of musty shoes, lysol and popcorn in the morning will really get your stomach churning! I agree with the others... rollerskating sounds like it would be a blast... maybe should try it again!

Nchellie - I LOVE the carrot tops!!!! I was born a carrot top too! Like your son! My hair eventually turned Strawberry blonde... and then platnum... but we dont have to go there . Thanks for sharing. And here's some luck for your casino trip!!!

Jcat - You have a redhead too? So lucky. All of the kids are freakin' adorable!

So I intended a quick post (since I got to work late) but got sucked in!!! I will be back at break. Jlea, MMavis, HolyT, E32, Clykk, and Thin.... Good morning. Talk to you ladies soon!

Nixie- I always love your blog. It is always good for a laugh. Nice fish?? Have I mentioned before that I hate fishing, just as much as golfing. 2 sports? I can't stand. They both bore me to tears. Sorry. I need a little more action in my life. My life is boring enough as it is without sitting around ( or walking around) with a stick in my hand waiting for something to happen. Give me a dirt bike or a race car. Something I've gotta actively be doing. I need some excitment in my life. But please, you go on enjoying your fishing. Sounds like you need peace and quiet these days.

Enough about that. TOM is still rolling through. I can't wait for the finale to see if I can lose some more weight, with the help of my friendly cream. I want the 180's so bad I can taste it. And it tastes like chocolate brownie, another thing I have been craving.

This is the last week girls so give it a big push. I would happy with a couple of pounds by Easter. How bout you all???

everyone!

I'm so excited about moving! I just feel like things will be so much better. I will have money in my pocket (for once!), no worries about the internet and power been shut off, and a live in WL buddy! I'll be able to come back full force in the next challenge! Just....happy. Really happy and hoping things will go okay.

BTW, does anyone watch The Tudors on Showtime?

Morning all, last work day! I am so excited!

I ate some jalapeno bread last night and I am up a bit so will need to pay attention to that today. Hoping to leave on vacation at 147 which is where I have hovered the last few days. I am going to focus and eat fairly well and come back 146 or less!!

Nix & Mindy, DH likes to fish, I like to lay in the boat with a book. It works for us!

JL, good luck with your new arrangement.

I will likely ttyl before I go, if not, see ya on the 20th or so.

Hi Ladies,

Doing pretty well, although the scale went up slightly yesterday, about 1/2lb. But I'm staying 1500 cals or under. I'm going to wait and see if I lose anything over the next week or so. If not, I may have to knock my calories down a bit. 1500 may be too high. I'm not discouraged though. I know there IS a plan that will work. I just have to find it.

Mothermavis: Yeah, we're staying in the same area. Just moving a few blocks away. Have a great vacation!

Morning. It is beautiful here today. We still have snow on the ground but the sun is shining and it is pretty. Hope the snow melts today.

I saw a new low today, 191.4. I am geeked to be so close to the 180's. That is my goal for the week. Wish me luck. I suppose I can't skip any more workouts like I did last night, huh? I am trying to get a few new things for spring Tried on some 16 jeans and felt they were a little too loose. I don't want to buy things that will not fit in a matter of weeks. They didn't have them in a 14. I may go out again today and see if I have better luck. i really hate buying clothes that I wear for just a short time. But, what can I do. I can't go around bare butted. OOh, the thought of that makes me naseous.

MM- Have a great vacation. You are going to be gone for quite a while. Where are you going???

Shari- I am happy for you. I hope this works out perfectly for you. More $$$, weight loss support, a friend. How could it get any better??

Thin- That's what I find. Once I have a plan that works, sticking to it is not hard. Figuring out what works is the tricky part. I live by Jillian's words. Eat 1400 calories, workout and you will lose weight, eventually. Just don't give up and stick to it like glue.
