I'm still with ya....well not really, but I am still excited to see you almost done with the C25K!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry about speed. I'm a slow butt too...HIIT running is helping me with that!

Notice that new muscle in your upper legs yet??? If not, you will soon!!!

I am excited to be close to done the Couch to 5K I am also noticing the new definition in my legs - I LIKE! I will gradually increase my spped - I'm running straight through the 25minutes now (and do about a mile and a half). The speed and distance will come

Great job Karen!

I'm still plugging along, but I am just at week 6 day 1. I'll do day 2 Sunday, and day 3 Tuesday, then I'll be up to week 7. I guess I'll just stay a week behind, but I should finish before the new year, so I'm happy about that.

I had to decrease my pace for the first 20 minute run, and I'll need to decrease it for all the longer runs too I'm sure. I figure I can increase speed after I get the time down. I'll keep checking in here, even if I'm a week behind. It's encouraging to here how well you're doing!

Well, I just finished week 6, hurray! I'm not sure if there is still a thread going, I couldn't find a new one, but I just wanted to check in with an update. I'll be starting week 7 on Thursday. Hope everyone is still hanging in there.
