On to Week 6 on the new Couch to 5K program

I did Day 1 yesterday and am trying to increase my speed a bit. At this rate I will have the time down but won't have the distance. I plan to gradually increase my speed and will eventually get to the actual 5K distance
Anyone else still with me??

5) Hit my high school weight 175 pounds
6) Final goal of 150! (this might be adjusted as I get closer)
