Well, my leg feels better today but its still sore. I think I will be able to get on the bike but not the treadmill because it hurts when I straighten the leg all the way out.
As of this morning I've lost 1.6lbs of the 2lbs that I gained over the holiday  . So hopefully by tomorrow I'll be down even less than I was Thanksgiving morning.
I need to get off this computer so I can start working on that hour of exercise I have to get in today before I can come back and tag someone!

Hi ladies, sorry I've been sparse. I've been out of town since the middle of last week. Husband and I live 8 hours from either of our sets of parents, so it's a long haul when we head out to visit. I've been tagged twice while I was gone, so I'll see if I can get my hour of exercise in this afternoon and pass my tag along.  Hope everyone is doing well. I ate like a horse all holiday weekend, but somehow mananged not to gain any weight (thankfully). So now it's time to get back on plan and start fresh again.

Wow sprklemajik, that's awesome that you didn't gain, wish I would have been so lucky.
I just did 30 min of upper body weights, I plan on getting the other 30min this evening with my husband.

Okay I think I counted the number of tags correctly. I completed 60 minutes at the Y yesterday so I will go ahead and tag 6 people and still owe 30 minutes. Whew!
Fauxtini-I would love to take credit for not eating any pumpkin pie but yesterday I was simply avoiding the last piece. Unfortunately for my waistline I had some before Sunday. I ended up eating only one bite yesterday though. I told myself it was like a tiny fancy dessert. It was great but thank goodness it is all gone now.

Do NOT tag me - please! I'm sick and I do exercise a bunch, every single day. That's my confession - I've been quite ill and have avoided this thread in fear of being tagged!  My body just cannot handle another workout.
I've been sososo wanting to stop in and say hi, but am being a total brat in fear of being bombarded with workouts. Aren't I a stooge?
The tag idea is freaking brilliant though! Genius!
