Ok, I did 30DS and 20 minutes on the bike. But somehow I hurt my leg when I was doing jumping jacks during 30DS, in the back of my right leg behind my knee. I don't know what happened but it is really sore, I don't know how this is going to affect my activity during the next few days. Sunday is always my day off anyway so maybe it will be alright after tomorrow. We are gone all day on Sundays so I will not able to get on the computer until late.

Hmmm.....where is everyone? I know that more people signed up for this challenge than just the few who are playing tag!!!

Okay...my 30 minutes of exercise is done...whew....1.5 miles in 30 minutes...not bad considering I haven't exercised in forever!!!

Good Morning Everyone. I haven't really bee online much since Wednesday. I think it would be a good idea to post all of our names so different people can get tagged. I just noticed I was tagged yesterday after I had already been to the Y! Guess I will just have to go back again today. I am fighting the urge to eat that last piece of pumpkin pie in the fridge. I know I've had enough though. I certainly will not lose any weight if I keep eating pie!

More fearful than anything...

I did do a lot of walking friday... but... I just don't know right now.

hellooo

So I spent the day being a total slob, moaning to dad to come for a walk round a reservoir or forest or something.
Spent the day blaming him for me not doing any exercise ( as we've moved house to the middle of nowhere and I get completely lost just trying to find the bus stop), then at 5.30 realised its not his fault what so ever, if I really wanted to lose weight I would find a way somehow....so I walked round the only bit I know, 6 times in order to make it an hour.....lol
