Hi Everyone!! I am back from my 30 minute walk at the school grounds. I get to tag 3 hummmmm. Have fun and enjoy. I had a blast walking, I needed to burn off some of the Turkey!! The scale goddess was not nice to me!!!! I'd pout but.

I was not happy with the scale this morning, up two pounds well, thats what happens after two days of overeating. I've done well so far today and I do plan on getting some exercise in later after we get back from town. Maybe DH will do 30DS with me

well good morning all!!! I had the same problem as most the last 2 days with overeating, not that I was eating bad stuff but alot of stuff of which I gained a couple pounds over the last 2 days as well..... It will be gone hopefully before Monday as staying OP today and tomorrow to help ensure that

i just finished a nice brisk hour walk with a friend. 5k baby!
I think i'm back in the swing of health.. and i feel better already!!

Hey everyone!

I love the idea of the mini challenges! What a great idea!

Today has been good so far. I went for a 30 minute walk/jog and it felt really great. My eating was pretty bad last week so I'm not too excited for tomorrow's weigh in. But once exams finish next week I will have lots of time for exercise and food preperation so I'm looking forward to that!

Hi guys! Finally got some time to get on here, didn't do too badly and WO everyday so hoping to hold off the holiday gain. I really pushed the weights and the running Wed, Thurs, and Fri. and woke up today so sore I could barely get out of bed, haha! Went to swim for 90 minutes--so feel a bit better, but still sore!

I really really want out of the 180's by Christmas--I keep yo-yoing between 183-185. Today after swimming 183.8......

Ooo, I've been tagged, thank you! It's 11.50pm here, so my half an hour will have to occur tomorrow I'm afraid (I'm in bed at the moment, not feeling so energetic!). Once I've done my half an hour, I'll be back to tag some more! This is really great fun.

I feel really happy with my progress so far! My starting weight was at 179, and I've dropped a couple of pounds since then. I feel great about it! I also mentioned to my dad (who I've not seen since August, and won't see until just before Christmas), that I was trying to get on with losing a little more weight, and he was so delighted when I told him on the phone yesterday. He was really lovely and supportive, which just motivates me so much.

Well done to everyone in the challenge so far, it all seems really positive!

I tried to do my first 30DS today but the disc won't work. So I have to return it on Monday and get another.
