Complete! Dang you like those step ups! My futon doesn't know what's going on with me climbing up on it! hehhe

30 lunges ( 15 each leg)

alright princess im doing your challenge now! So no one take it

WOW! Those were tough! I almost wasnt coridinated enough to do them I did 36!

OK i challenge the person below me to do

30 Squats
15 squat thrusts
30 lunges
jog in place for 2 mins
10 jumping jacks
20 crunches

hmm, im new to ll this exercising, pretty soon ill know more to give more variety

I'll take that challenge! I just have to look up what "squat thrusts" are.

24 bicycle crunches
jog in place 2 mins
24 squats

Ok, Iris! I did it!! My legs are burning, but it felt good.

50 crunches
20 push-ups (however you need to get them done!)

hey chance---i'll take your challenge and do the squats to a couch to make sure i get low enough-- do the crunches bicycle sytle and do the walk down pushups

Luvmyinnerdemon~I couldn't do the worlds fastest~but I took the challenge and did an hour of stepping over the top, straddles, basic step, toe taps, heel taps and fast marches on the step. Hope ya don't mind that I altered your challenge just a little. I challenge the person below me to do 2 sets of 12 reps with hand weights that make it a little difficult to finish the last rep

Dumbell Row
Seated Row
Superman
Sequential Superman
Close-Grip Push-Up
Dumbbell Chest Press
Dumbbell Chest Flys
Modified Push-Up
Push-Up
