I love this idea. I have been much more careful of my food choices in the last 24 hours. No wine and no cookies yesterday and today I drove past Wendy's and bought soup and salad at the store for lunch today. (I hate to admit how bad I usually am.) Yeah!

I haven't gained, but my weight has pretty much stayed the same for over a month and I could probably use the 3FC support system as I've even considered doing that stupid Master Cleanse to take the weight off more quickly.

Hey vikkivma, welcome back to you! You know - that's a HUGE achievement, keeping your weight the same right now despite the scale not moving. For me personally, it's harder to continue even when the scale isn't playing along. So I always consider staying on plan during that time a bigger accomplishment than when I'm losing. Look how far you've come - 40 pounds is a big old deal - yay!
