I finished W3D2 this morning, and it was a bit easier I guess. This time it was that last 3 minute run that got me, but I did make it through, so hurray!
Gatorgirl- great job on getting to week 4. I'm a little nervous about increasing the run time longer than the 3 minute intervals, but I haven't looked ahead to see what's in week 4. I don't want to psych myself out, thinking "there is no way I can run for that long", so, I'll just wait and do it!
Karen- glad you're feeling better.
It's rough sticking with a work out plan when your not feeling well, great job sticking to it!
