Cie - #100 lost - THAT's AWESOME!! I can't wait to get there! I'm a little over 1/2 way there now.
I didn't start last nihgt as planned - but will definately tonight. Last niht my schedule got crazy, so I did the treadmill at my dad's for 1/2 hour instead while DD was at dance class. like I said, I'm starting at level 2 - I'm not sure how many days i'll stay at this level until I move to level 3 - it depends how long it continues to kick my butt
I'm still going strong, but my right front muscle in my leg feels like it's torn. The pain is going away but I can still feel some soreness deep down in the muscle as I do any lunge or squat. I have not been putting my all into Jillian's workout but I am still doing it.
Day 11 of the Shred. I am starting Level 2 today. So far so good. Some parts are harder than others but I see it as pointing me on what I need to do in the coming year.
