Sorry, but no workout on day 4 for me, i'm too exhausted after a long hard day at school.

Day 4 completed. The muscle above my right elbow feels jacked up, but I guess it wasn't as bad as i thought it was if i was able to make it through today's workout.

Level 1 Day 5 complete! No phoning it in at the gym for me

My husband actually did it with me tonight, ha ha. He's in pretty decent shape and he thought it was difficult. Halfway done with Level 1!! Good job everyone!!

Do you guys really think this makes up for "hours at the gym" like Jillian says? I mean I'm not calling her a liar or anything but I am an inexperienced exerciser (this is probably the most I've worked out in my life!) so I'm just wondering how that works.

Hello, sorry i have been out of commission I had some cold/flulike issue so i missed friday and I completed day 5 this morning I thinI am going to try to do it again tonight to keep it 30 for 30 anyway...will post a tally of everyones progress tonight If I amke any mistakes feel free to copy/paste in any corrections Hope you all have a fab weekend!

Hi ladies, How is the shredding going?
Sorry, but no day 5 workout for me either. I feel guilty, but there was no help for it, i had another long school day yesterday.
I am totally working out today (day6), as soon as my daughter gets off the nintendo.
I'm so far behind the rest of you chicks, i may have to double up on a few days.

Day 6 Level 1 complete!

I got up at 5:30 this morning to fit the workout in. I knew I had a busy day (we are moving to Tokyo in 6 weeks and trying to find a renter for our condo, get packed up, etc. etc.) and I didn't want to miss my chance to get my workout in. I'm going to see Dirty Dancing (the musical) tonight.

htg20 - I always wonder too when Jillian says this 20 minute workout makes up for hours at the gym. She must be referring to people who aren't working out at a high enough intensity to make a difference at the gym, I guess? I'm not sure. I love how short this workout is yet still feels effective. I think it is making a difference -- seems impossible to work so fast, but I'm wearing a size 10 pants tonight and I haven't worn a 10 in over a year!
