I will be starting after I bring my kids to the bus stop. I would love to be down to 203 after this, that is 15 pounds.

Day 1, Level 1 is done. I was hoping to get it in early today, but that didn't happen. My plan is to do the 30DS in the mornings and ride my bike in the evening. I'm going to really try to get on that bike later and hopefully, I'll still be able to drag myself out of bed tomorrow!

I was going to do the same try to get in some biking at least 3 days a week so Mon wed Fri seemd to work also as i was doing the shred it kind of poundy on the knees so for a few of the cardio intervals i jogged in place or as Jillian says to do the punches if you have lower body issues . Important to be able to modify it so you can follow through as opposed to give up all together...Definately a great total workout!

Well, first road bump. Couldn't find the dvd today. I suppose i can do another similar dvd and then i'll post. I'll try to find the dvd again on wednesday.
It's 7pm and this is the first chance i've had all day to work out.

Okay! I'm back.
I did 30 minutes of a prevention dvd, 3.2.1 workout with chris freytag.
Hope that will do for me until i get the 30 day shred.

I did day 1 (at about 10:30pm but I did it nonetheless). I think I need level .5. I really couldn't make it through the entire workout today. Hopefully tomorrow I will make it farther.

For those having trouble finding the dvd, Walmart has it for less than $10 on the ends of isles, not the end caps but on wire racks on the ends (the ones around here anyway).
