I'm up another .5 pounds... going to reweigh again tomorrow in case its water weight or something >.< I'm starting to get pretty discouraged
I didn't think it would be that hard to lose just a single pound! I've been gaining about .5 pounds a week now.
I know I'm not doing good with my water intake... maybe that contributes some to the numbers. I was counting calories, but now I think maybe I want to try something with more structure... maybe one of the low-carb diets..

ANDDDD also just wanted to send out a quick thank you to you all, its inspiring seeing everyone work so hard and be a part of all this success... just makes me want to pick myself back up again and keep trying. This plateau cant last forever!
