Whoah FB! I'm proud of you! hehe! Envy - You feel the pain with them 180's like I do with the 160's!

My love affair last night with the trail mix was not good for me this morning on the scale... but that's okay.

SW: 160.3
CW: 160.4

It's Monday so BACK ON PLAN!!!! I just need to stop cheating on the weekends!!!

sw: 188.8

I thought I was out of the 190's for good! And I was so good this week-end--tons of exercise, tons of water, not over my calories........

I've gotten used to these week to week and a half plateaus that seem to be my norm these days, but I'm a little disturbed that I have one during the one time in my cycle that I consistently lose. It's been 9 days since I saw 149.5, and now TOM, so who knows. I did actually lose once during TOM ...

With water, anything is possible . I think sometimes we burn off fat, but it takes the body a while to adjust and dump the water, which sometimes happens all at once.

Julie - When TOM is over, you will see that 149.5 or less again!

I'm up another .5 pounds... going to reweigh again tomorrow in case its water weight or something >.< I'm starting to get pretty discouraged I didn't think it would be that hard to lose just a single pound! I've been gaining about .5 pounds a week now.

I know I'm not doing good with my water intake... maybe that contributes some to the numbers. I was counting calories, but now I think maybe I want to try something with more structure... maybe one of the low-carb diets..

Sorry I know went off on a tangent.. just needed to vent some. Thanks for listening!!!

Grats everyone on your losses!

ANDDDD also just wanted to send out a quick thank you to you all, its inspiring seeing everyone work so hard and be a part of all this success... just makes me want to pick myself back up again and keep trying. This plateau cant last forever!

Eny--I'm hoping it's because of all the (intense) exercise plus a ton of water this week-end. I won't/can't work out that hard during Monday-Thursday, so maybe tomorrow the effects will start to show!

I'm hoping that mines because I'm not eating enough! I just looked back over my journal (thanks Faux) and found that when I eat closer to 1400-1500 cals/day I lose more, and faster then when I'm at 1200-1300 cals/day. I've been at 1200 or just under for about 8 days now - and I'm working out EVERYDAY, rather then the 3xs a week I was doing. I think my body is in a mini-starvation mode. Which I don't get - since I have enough fat on me to live for like a bazillion years with out eating!

I'm going to up the calories a little (nothing crazy) and keep my NET intake at 1200 (intake - burnt = NET) We'll see how that works out.

Woohoo! I am down again this week. I have been so frustrated with this mini-stall of the last few weeks...

SW: 198.8
CW: 196.2
GW: 193.8

Off to hot yoga class. Have a great day, ladies!

Edited to add: I would also like to note that today I reached a BMI of 34.8, putting me in the "Obese" range instead of the "Severely Morbidly Obese" range (@ 40.4) where I started. I realize BMI is not 100% accurate, but still... yay!
