WOOO-HOOO I did week one day one
and I survived (well maybe I should hold off on that statement until I see if I can get out of bed in the morning
) I followed a podcast that the original Couch to 5K group was using that tells you when to speed up and when to slow down.
I did 1.541 miles in 28.49 minutes. It burned 180.7 calories and 26.6 carbs. Hubby is going to do his run this evening. Yay me
Round two on Wednesday morning before work.
