Im going down! I have been eatching POP for the past few days but I havn't been to the gym since ive been traveling around and running around like crazy. i bet my weight will increase a bit by tmorrow after i get back in the swing of things the gym.. but at least it willbe healthy weight gain.. not unhealthy lol

Hey Photo - I'm too scared to even get on the scale!!!

I hope my weight takes a nice downward plunge like yours did, although with the rotten eating of mine today - i'm not sure...

So the scale didn't move down this weekend but it didn't go up either and given what I ate (& what was I thinking!), I am happy enough with holding today.

However, I have a mini-goal deadline this Saturday so I better start moving down again tomorrow or I'll never make it!

Well, due to TOM and turkey (it was Thanksgiving here in Canada, and we "celebrated" twice)....I am up 2 pounds! Still a loss of 5 from last challenge, but a gain scares me. I feel very much like a failure and defeated. But that isn't going to stop me this time.
