oct. 6 2 miles. I am not going to be doing as many miles as I had. I started the 30 day shred today. Trying to mix it up. The past 3 weeks I have only lost .4 pounds

Im in! I know I am starting late, but thats ok. It just means that I have to work a little harder. I walked/ran a 5K on Sunday, so that will be where I start.

got in 3 miles today....I walked on the treadmill and read a really really good book and when I looked down I was shocked that I went that far!!

12.5/50....I actually may go out for a jog later after dinner.

I just joined this site today and I'd love to join in on this challenge! This is a great goal to work towards. I'll probably do most of my mileage in plain ole boring walking but hey - it's more than I was doing last month!

Crazy, at the rate you're going, you're going to reach goal sometime around Oct 15th!!! WTG!

I've had a few really rough days, eating-wise and didn't work out yesterday at all. But, today is a new day and I've gotten myself back on track. Yay for the 3 miles I forced myself to do!!
