Hi wanting to and everybody,
It looks like everybody is really going great so far.
I forgot yesterday that I did 10 mins on the bike before weights so that was 2.3 miles and then I did 1.5 miles on the elliptical this morning so
2.3 bike + 0.5 swim + 1.5 ellip = 4.3 so far!
(Doesn't seem fair that 10 mins on bike = 2.3 miles and 30 mins of killing myself on the elliptical = 1.5 miles but that's what the darned machines said.
