Hi all,

I am down a bit today.

Today is my anniversary, and I am going out to dinner... so I expect tomorrow's weigh in to be a rough one!

I had a "scale moment" today - got on and I saw 153 - and I thought "Yea! Whoosh!!!!" and then i realized - wait a minute - WTH?153?? And I got on again and it was 146.8/ I'm such a moron.

For the first time since I started dieting again, no weight change. I'd better get used it. I hope you guys have a better weigh in!

Unbelievably, I am down again today. I basically had a veggies fast all day and drank tons of water. I then proceeded to have a very yummy (very high calorie) dinner with my husband with no guilt whatsoever! And, I am down again today.

GW: 209.6

Tulip, congrats on 15 lbs... that must feel great
