I guess my 10k walk yesterday paid off. Well.. it paid off in the scale department but not so much in the foot department. I didn't notice till I got up this morning, but the top of my left foot is killing me. I think a good foot soaking is in order

JEss: You are still going down! there's a reason tobe happy right there! Thinking of you, chicka.. big hugs.

Sometimes I just don't get it. I work out religiously for a week, eat within my calorie limit all the time and I go up. Then the day I say "screw it" and eat 400 extra calories and do no serious exercise, I drop. C'est la vie, I suppose.

Well, I'm still alive! Been trying to get all this wedding stuff done, and yardwork, etc. I've even been going jogging, and staying within my points range, but no weight is coming off. I'm still at 152. That's all for now!

OK, still not going the right direction.

SW: 198.4
CW: 199.6
GW: 193.4

On the plus side, had a really good workout today with a substitute trainer--he really pushed me! Then walked a few blocks to the small grocery after I got home to get a couple of things. Now I am stiff.......

So I got up at 430 this am so I could get two long dog walks in today. Instead of a nice peaceful walk I have spent the last hr trying to get skunk off my dog. Not so easy....especially since his face was up the skunks butt when he got sprayed. Hes small but he's mighty and he managed to rip the damn leash out of my hand when he saw pepe le peu grrrrr

So lets see been gone almost 2 years...lost a baby, my mom, my son moved out, husband went to Afghanistan and back, moved across the country and now I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life!!

Sorry to hear about your dog..I have to say I have NEVER had that happen! Is your dog stink free now?
