I'm a little behind with posting this month, but I've still been walking - not as much as a typical month, but more than a year ago! I'll be away 2 weekends this month, combined with weekends at camp really puts a crimp in things. BUT ...
I have a total of 6/50 so far - keep on walking, keep on walking
Week 1 - (Aug 1-3) - 10.72 miles
Week 2 - (Aug 4-10) - 3.1 (Yeah...I sucked last week...I had some more miles but didn't keep up with it so ...)
Week 3 - (Aug 11 - 17) - 3.5 miles
OK McKenziesmomma - you guilted me into posting! This going away on the weekends is killing my walking. Then, I was due for a colonoscopy today, so was "indisposed" yesterday . Good news is I'm "clean as a whistle" and I lost 4 of the 7 pounds I'd gained over the past 3 weeks! I did walk this AM, so I'm up to 8.5/50. Going away again this weekend, but I'll be in a good walking place, so no excuses!!
