I plan to run outside as much as i can, but we've had a record # of days over 100 so who knows how that will go. If nothing else I can wait til night and go over to our apt gym and run on the treadmill!

Hi All!
I'm new to 3FC.
I'd love to join the C25K. I've thought about doing it, but think I need some accountability/motivation, so this is great!

I started early...
I'm working too many 12 hour days this week, so to get my 3 days in for the week it's going to be Saturday/Monday/Wednesday for me.
Yesterday I did the first day. Laps around the local (grass) running track. The 60 second walk/90 second jog regime.
And I did it! Finished, without stopping or cheating once. Hey, the last 60 sec jog may have been more of a shuffle, but that will get better, right?
See you girls at the finish!

LOL...I won't tell!! At least your getting your 3 days in! Did you do a 60 second jog and 90 second walk?? I think that is what week one is.

Oops, yes I did.
I think a 90sec jog would kill me at this stage of the game! I admit, I was clock-watching pretty closely for the last couple of reps. But I made it.

I am going away for a couple of days for my immigration visa stuff so I decided to start the couch to 5k today. I forgot, however, how long I was suppose to do my 60 jogging and 90 walking, so I did 30 minutes worth. Yay! I did more than I had to! ( Thought I wasn't gonna make it but I did!!) hehe

I will be officially start Tuesday though i will try to do somethign tomorrow. I'm off Tuesday/Thurs/Saturday normally but i'm going to try to get 4-5 days in there while we're just doing 20 min, or i'll add extra time on the days i do run. I'd do it tomorrow but i'm going to be SUPER busy. Out the door at 7am and probably not home until after 10pm!
