Yay. I get to be first. Reposting my stuff from this morning:
Whew. I knew I'd get a Tuesday "whoosh", post-TOM. It's only back to where I was pre-TOM, but I'm not complaining. It's just crazy that my body can go from 168 to 163 in a day. And now my new goal is in the 150s - solidly in the 150s, not just 159.8.
Yesterday I put in 45 mins on the elliptical - it was an emotional day and I just let it all out. Followed by just basic crunches, pushups, etc. All mat work. My tummy is sore, but it was worth it. Had a good cry while I was at it.
Back to the regular grind now.
