miriam - after I had my daughter I had some problems in the poopy department...LOL....I found these yummy dark chocolate covered plums (or maybe they were prunes) at walmart and it helped in a yummy way!! Or stool softner....did you eat something to make you this way??
Still sitting at yesterday's weight which is ok cause I still didn't manage to eat right yesterday! However, that was because of lack of planning. Last night I cooked up healthy foods that I can throw in the microwave and made up a big salad, so I'm back on today!
I went to my wedding shower last night, and kept my points on track!!!
Miriam101, try Benefiber, or metamucil (psyllium husk fiber) I mixed it in orange juice and drank it before it thickened up (yurk!) followed by a glass of water.
