Lost #4.4, Stayed on Plan 13 days in a row (and counting) Got Joe (BF) to go on walk with me - and he's saying it's going to be a weekly thing!
Continue on Plan, #6.1 loss (will put me at 1/2 way to goal AND My MP3 Player!), work out 6 days a week, Be able to do 100 *real* pushups in a row - as laid out on website.
, Drop back into my 14s more comfortably!
Weight for start of July - #191.6 ( ALMOST #180's!!!)
Day 1 - 1366 cals, 15 min "kidercise", 30 mins cardio.
