Hello challenge chickies, I've started a thread down in the Exercise forum about a push-up training program I found. Basically we're aiming to complete 100 consecutive push ups within 6 weeks. If all you can manage at this point are 2 in a row, you're not alone, and there is a progression path specifically for people like you (and me!). It'd be awesome if anyone cares to join me, as the more people who are involved, the likelier we are to continue!
