Well as you all know yesterday was my BD. Did a little yard work, met me daughter 1/2way between her place and mine for lunch. That was nice, I haven't seen her in several weeks. Went shopping with mom, sister and neice for my present from mom. Got a new nightie and workout shirt for summer. Then we had a family open house. Tried to eat good stuff there. Had one bite of carrot cake, we'll call that my BD cake.

Scale is sticking around 217-218. Tom will be visiting for a few days. Let's get this over with and lose some dang weight.

Aud- Good job getting in the WEED and a ride.

Shari- Good luck on the interview. And just step away from the food.

HI everyone. I hope your saturday was all good. My mom took my kids and DH and I went to the movies. actually we saw two movies, just the two of us. Then we hung out with my mom and and step-dad, had a bbq, 10 kids fed, then we had to keep my two awake on the drive home (not that easy).

Todays plan: workout, clean house, mow lawn, cook dinner for DH and probably my dad (have to call him) go for a walk after dinner. stay busy (no problem there).

WEEDed well today, except maybe the eats but hey it's Father's Day! Gotta try to get the eats more focused because I'm not journalling or following any plan these days.

Just a quick to note. Good news and bad news today. Good news - official weigh in is down to 174!! Bad news - my plantar fasciitis was AWFUL this weekend and I didn't exercise, and topped that off with some not very good eating. I'm sure that will be reflected in the number next Monday. But for now, I'm going to enjoy it.

Today I'm remembering that this is a long-term deal, and that even "bad days" don't mean I have to go back to bad weeks/months/years. I'm getting healthier, day by day.
