I'm at 147. Start 148.5. Down 1.5. 3.5 to go!

I went quite seriously off plan last night. My scale is ok with it for now, but I need to get right back on. I don't want to start sliding....

Must pay attention today....

YES! The scale will drop, don't get discouraged! You are in this for the long haul and you WILL get there, so keep up the great work!

Hang in there, hopefully you for some "you time" soon! Great job keeping the scale moving when you are so busy, I know how hard that can be!

You can always find room for chocolate
I don't think that a little treat is going to matter, it's not like you're going to gain 5 lbs from an oz of chocolate. LOL

Anything you work into your daily calories is better than OK, it's FABULOUS! That's exactly the way to deal with cravings!

So I start my very first challenge the same week I start my TOM. Go figure!

I'm up another lb today, but I know it's all bloat and water weight. 3 more days and I'll drop 3 lbs overnight ... it's the pattern.

In the meanwhile I'll try not to eat all the bread and potatoes in the house.

hey there everyone, I was 201 this morning...to be expected(up 1 lb from start, 6 pounds to go), we had a BBQ last night, drank too much beer and ate too many s'mores...mmmmm...delicious. But, I did get out for a run this morning, felt FABULOUS! I always feel better when I exercise, we'll have to see what the scale says tomorrow.

I have to share that I am so proud of myself for not being bothered if the scale jumps up 2.5 pounds in one day. When I started this process I probably would have seen those numbers and gotten depressed and binged, thinking what is the use anyway...I'll always be fat... Throughout my journey I have learned a lot about myself and my body. Now I know if it jumps up that fast that it can also go back down that fast. I have also learned that this is what my body does. I don't just continuously slowly drop weight...I go up, down, down, up, down, same, up, down, way up, down, way down....kinda all over with the general downward trend.

Anybody else lose weight this way?

Happy Mother's Day to all you Mama's out there. Do something nice for yourself today!

Morning gang! Are we all ready for another week? I'm at 182 even this morning. For Oh-So-Briefly the scale flashed a 179 number! Come to mama! Maybe it will really be here by next Monday, that would be awesome!

Start Weight: 185.8
Current Weight: 182 (-3.8, 1.2 to go!)
Goal Weight: 180.8

mamatoni - I lose weight the same way, I think most of us do and that's what makes it so frustrating.

I'm at 226 even today which is only .2 down for the challenge but .2 down ove a weekend - I'll take it

I've been a bit lazy and not getting my exercise in, this week's goal is to kick that up some.

I'm at 217. I didn't eat very well this weekend, and I didn't exercise and TOM is supposed to be here Wednesday, so I'm not surprised. I'm going to kick it into high gear this week. I'm even planning on doing TWO workouts today!!

Let's make this a great week!
