quick check in...I was 200 this morning, up one pound. I expected it, didn't eat very well yesterday. Oh well.
I do have to share I was part of a TBL challenge at the school I work at, our challenge ended this week and we lost a total of 299 pounds in 3 months!! yeah for us! The rival school across town lost fewer pounds, but a greater percentage, so they won, but the competition was a lot of fun and I can't wait to do it again.

Finally, I am back on track with my eating and exercise habits. The pool is fantastic. Now I have the delightful chore of getting ready for our trip to California next week.

I'm back up to 166.0 this morning, but that was to be expected, since yesterday I was allowed a "cheat" meal, and I kind of went all out at Applebee's... Still down 0.2, I guess!
Congrats ladies on all the hard work!! I drank waaaay too much last night more then I alloted in my calories, but oh well today is a new day and Kid Rock kinda makes you drink you know? The big thing is that I'm not going to whine, moan, be lazy all day, and eat junk food (even though that's what I really want to do!!) Off to Trader Joes in a bit. Have a good day all!

If you are talking about the bars in our signatures, you can go to "User CP" and "Edit Signature" and there will be an option to "Add a weight tracker to your signature!"
Okay i'm going to join this challenge as well because frankly i need some motivation I've been getting very lax over the last few months, and my weight has gone up I hate that i let myself do this so now it's time to get back on track.
