The cut off date to join is the 5th of this month, monday. if you want to joining and its passed the 5th feel free to hang out and chat, and I'll add you in the next month.

I really believe I can loose five pounds this month. I doubt I will loose the first but I do believe I will loose 5 lbs. this month. So please count me in for the month of May.

I just wanted to tell everyone from previos month CONGRATUALTIONS so far, and good luck to all of you who have made it this far, and good luck to those of you just now joining us.
All of you have helped inspire me, and im sure we have all helped inspire each other.
Lets make this a great month for us losers! Even when things get tough for all of you, you pushing along and still doing your best helps everyone to be strong enough to keep going.

WELCOME!!
For those of you just starting the challenge all i need is for you to post your starting weight so i can add you to the list. you are welcome to post any goals you have for the month so we can help you, and if you want, at the end of the month post with your final weight if you met those goals and ill add an icon to your name so the next month can see how far you got.
then during the month come in and chat with us, tell us about any acheivements, any difficulties (we will all try to help you), etc. i try to respond daily so any questions or needs for help i will try to get on that and find answers.

whoops didnt notice your post at first. welcome, 5 lbs is hard but thats why its a challenge ^^ i have yet to make a whole 5 in a month myself but its still good motivation.
