I'm scared to type it but the scale says 229 this AM which means buh bye to the 230s. I'll use this as my starting weight since I switched scales. I hopped on the old ones and they said 230 so I feel like it might be a true loss . I'll believe it after tomorrow!!

No change for me this morning when I first got up, though I once again peeked at the scale after my run and saw a lovely number in the mid 180s. Man, I can't wait to get there, it's like getting a sneak preview of my future weight!

It is a beautiful sunny day. I got up early this morning and working on our pond digging out more earth. We will have to pay someone to take away the bags of earth.

I took 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet out from the library.---highly recommend the book as a great analysis of different diets and making them work for you.

i'm back down to 188.0 this morning... i wish it was 179.8 but i'll take what i can considering i ate like crap and didn't work out last week... at least i didn't gain from the week before (i was 188.4 as of last tuesday... my normal weigh in date is tuesday... these weigh ins are for "fun" if you can call it that )

Congrats to the ladies who lost! Tyler-I jumped back on the scale yesterday after I worked out and there was a loss! It was so exciting! Like you said-a view into the future.
Today I have school and then a hair appointment, so I may not be working out. However, I don't see any problems with tomorrow, possibly Thursday and definitely Friday. Exercising is not optional!!

So I had a bad weekend (as I said earlier), but a really good day yesterday. Monday morning the scale said 203 and this morning it read 199
First time I have seen a "1" in the front since about 2002!!! I am excited, but feel like this is cheating or something....How can I lose 4 pounds in 24 hours??? I was on plan, but didn't even exercise yesterday (maybe that helped?????)

SOmetimes that happens to me too. I worked out hard for a week and i no doubt grew some muscle or something.. i dont know. but yeah when i didnt exercise for a day or two and continued to eat alright, my weight went down.
I went down .5 since yesterday.

Yay Mamatoni! Sometimes we get nice drops like that, weight loss is rarely linear, and we know it is our average weight over time that is important! Only 1 pound to go, you can do it!
Okay so I weighed in this morning and was the same 230.6. I took a little nap woke up and was 228.4. I don't always sleep a lot at night so when I sneak little naps I always weigh in again. I'm usually a pound lighter but this time I was 2.2 lighter. Not counting it but it was nice to see.....Now what will the scale say tomorrow

Losing4another - I do the same thing sometimes!! I think my sleeping better the past few days has spurred my weight into dropping. I wasn't sleeping well for about 3 weeks and I think my body was boycotting me! We're right around the same weight, lets see if we can drop it together!!
mamatoni - Congrats! I also drop like that. For days and weeks sometimes I'll stay at the same weight and then BOOM! down she goes one day. It sometimes goes back up a pound but generally not more then that. Now what I want to know is where does all that go in one night??!!!!
Darby - .5 down! yea! to me any loss is a grand thing and worthy of celebration
