Default W.O.W. Memorial Day Challenge - Week 7!

fellow weeders!

HAPPY MONDAY!

I'm going to bed in a few mins but just wanted to post this week's thread.

TOM is basically gone so this week , water aerobics EVERY day (except Sun). Must get my water in, stay away from those Doritos and second helpings.

We have 3 (I think) weeks left till Memorial Day!

JasonsLea, any result on the interview or did you decide not to take it ?

JC, hope some sleep made it better, sounded like a crappy work day.

How is everybody on this Monday? It is supposed to pour all day and night here.
I f I am going to run outside will have to be this morning before I go to work. Not sure if I feel that ambitious, maybe me and the treadmill later!

I am back up to 151 this AM so really need to focus on my water and eating clean this week.

We miss those missing weeders! Nmichelle, Lumi, this means you too!

W I am going for 8 bottles today.
E I am going to do the dreaded crunches right now. I am up to 80 upper and 80 lower, so maybe try for 85 this week. I do 25-30 upper then 25-30 lower, so I do them all in the same sitting, but I break them up, I am also trying to get to 20 push-ups, but my girly arms struggle with that.

D I love my job, seriously, it stresses me, but I'd be a lot more stressed without one right now.

##Edited to let you know, I just did the 85 & 85 and went for my 30 minute run. I saw 10 deer this morning! Now I have to go get my smelly self in the shower and get to work!! I hope by exercising more in the morning, I will be less inclined to go off plan later and mess up my hard work.

Default Gettin' Past 11 in Week Seven

How's my favorite little bunch of WEEDers? Week 7 is here (holy smoke) and I HAVE to kick it into high gear! Down 11 lbs since mid February and wanna get past 11 in 7 baby!

Sorry I wasn't around much this weekend. Was a crazy kid filled few days. And I don't know how, and won't question it, but managed to come off of what would qualify as a 5 day binge with no weigh gain... WILL NOT push my luck again. Was actually up 7 lbs at one point. What an idiot! NO MAS!

I did scare myself into cooking up my meals for the next few days last night. 1st trip to Havasu is this weekend (YIKES) and as excited as I am, I thought I'd be further along with the weight loss. It's okay though because yesterday and the days before it are over. Today is a fresh start! I'm adding walking lunges to my routine.

WEED for the day -
W- 64oz - 1/2 by noon, 1/2 by 5pm
E- 30 minutes TM, MMunches, Arm Circles, Lunges, Pushups
E- Eat what you plan not whats placed in your hand (whats up with the rhyming today?)
D- Those shorts in your drawer are not getting any bigger.

i was hungover yesterday...and i didn't feel drunk at all when i got home the night before. YUCK! totally sucked. Actually stuck to calorie plan yesterday though

i'll post more later. i'm still wiped out LOL

I didn't forget! I didn't forget!!!

It was insane at work so I didn't get a chance to post much (at all) last week! ARGH!

Did workouts at the gym Mon, Wed & Fri, Mon w/ the trainer. Wed, I did 30 on the stairstepper and when I got off, I was DRENCHED and it was awesome hehe! Then I did another 15 on the bike to make it 45 min.

Food was so-so last week, but it's getting better. I'm trying to up my fiber, which is difficult because I've got fibromyalgia and IBS, and the IBS I have limits my fiber intake to about 12-15g per day. I'm trying to push 20-ish right now and see if I can adjust.

One thing I really need to work on is WATER. I am NOT drinking enough! Argh!

But over the weekend my BF and I did a ton of yard work (3 yds of dirt, 50+ landscape stones, tons of planting and digging and shoveling and working and cleaning and phew!) so I think that helped.

Down 3 lbs as of this morning! Woohooo!!

So for the week...

W - at least 90 oz per day
E - 45 min cardio 3x in gym, 2x weight circuit in gym, walking 3 days at work (if it ever stops pouring)
E - 1400 cal per day, MAXIMUM. More fiber, more fruit, more veggies, LESS CARBS!!!
D - Still have no idea wth D stands for, but woohoo! I feel awesome!!!

SHOUT OUTS to Everyone else . . . I've gotta get a move on in between rain if I'm going to get a walk in. Its COLD here in MO - but I'm glad - hope all the little insects are freezing their irritating derrieres to DEATH!

I didn't WEED at ALL this weekend... so I guess I shouldn't be mad at the scale for showing a +1.4 this morning. so now I have to lost that... and the other 60+ that I want to get rid of!

Eny - I feel ya girl! Your WEED is what mine should be and I couldn't articulate it this morning. I get more caught up in the blogs and forum and end up pissing my morning HOURS (2 to be exact) before work just sitting in front of this machine. Guess I should get back to work.

Waters 1/2 down. Eating what I brought. I'm effin STARVING today. Probably because all of those supersized meals over the last 5 day have stretched out the ole belly muscle! Came to type the hunger away... seems to be subsiding.... If my lunch doesn't shut my brain up in the next 10 minutes I may be diving into the pretzels (part of the plan, no need to sent in recruits!) TTYL!

New week everybody, hey!!! So I just retutned from the mall. I was trying on pants, URGH!!! I have a tiny waist, so that always poses a problem. I have some stretch jeans in an 18, too big. Tried to find same jeans in a 16, no where to be found. Tried some different pants in a 16 stretch. Too tight, although I did get them on. Went to a different store, one size too big, one size too tight. I have officially decided I will just go naked. How's that sound? Scary!!

Okay I am super uber motivated to get off 5 to 7 pounds so the afore mentioned damned pants will fit. I had said I wasn't getting any new clothes till I hit 210 (on the old scale). I guess I should stick with that plan. I had a crazy food filled weekend of events and worried about eating a bunch of crap. Turns out I hardly ate anything at all. BAD, BAD GIRL!! I am trying to eat 1650/day. Should have bought those pants as motivation.

Spring is here. summer is coming. oh my, what shall we wear? Gotta get some of this poundage off. Let's go girls.

I've SO missed you all! I took a complete week off, and boy did I pay for it! I'm back waaaay up....253 this morning, at least 1-2 of it water but sheesh. No exercise, no good eating, nothing. I knew I had this weekend away planned with DH after the bowling banquet on Saturday, so I didn't bother to be good the whole week. Distorted minds, eh? If you have plans on the weekend, what's the point in being good all that week? I know better than that of course. Plus my schedule was a BEAR (for me, anyways) Enough excuses. I've been up since 2:30 and had my Fiber One Cereal and a few bites of strawberries, enough to realize they were bad, and a string cheese a few minutes ago. Will have a nice supper and off to work for the night. I find it easier to be on plan at work, if I pack a lunch than mindless eating in front of the tv.

Remember that girl who came to work "impaired" that one day? She had the nerve to do it AGAIN! And this time we didn't let her get away with it. They got her tested and now she's waiting decision from the board of nursing. How awful for her, but now I can breathe again, knowing that she might get the help she needs.

So...I got away this weekend with my hubby!!! We had our bowling banquet on Saturday night and with our winnings we went down and stayed at the casino. Had a LOVELY room (I don't know WHY but I LOOOVE staying in hotels, feels like vacation every time) . Didn't hit on the slots (but only played about 30 bucks on them) and went to the poker tables, COMPLETELY busted out of the first tournament, didn't win a single hand...and the second tournament, I got down to heads up with this guy who WOULD NOT agree to split the winnings (it only paid out first place), we battled it out head to head, but I lost and went away with nada...but was kinda thrilled to have gotten that far. He should have split with me though. DH came in 4th on both tournaments so I'm hoping he'll catch the bug and want to play with me more. Drank waaaaay too much. DH didn't understand my toast to me and Aud, but I drank to us anyways!

Well need to plan dinner and tonight's meals/snacks for work. Love to all, can't wait to catch up with ya'll...can't wait to hear about Havisu, the house hunting, the job interview, the kids, and the BACHELORETTE party! xoxoox Michelle

Good Monday all! I've been having a good eating and water day. I plan to do Pilates later when at leat one kidde is in bed. I need to get my butt in gear because we are in week 7 and I am nowhere near goal! What is it about getting closer to goal and harder to lose? Individual set point? self-sabotage?

Anyway, lets "get'er done" in week 7!!

D- "lovin' every minute of it, oh yeah..."

Hi everyone. Is it Monday???? Wow, I cant believe It's Monday. Today was a nightmare at work but at least I have tomorrow off (ya but I have a union meeting that will probably last until the weee hours of the night and I have to work on wednesday). I am going to have nightmares about craisns tonight he he he, not really. Cant wait till tomorrow morning, I want a good (well real) workout.

Good to see everyone here. I hope everyone keeps this board hopping this week. I gotta go make dinner.
