Hi gals. skipping sports tonight because my daughter is in a rotten mood(has been for the past week). I feel mean, but she has to learn she cant be that way. Shouldn't punish Tommy too, but he has left early the past two times so he wont miss it.
I am so ready for my day off tomorrow. I am sure I will get in an extra workout somtime durring the day. I plan on doing a short workout tonight getting in my mmunches and push ups; I want to do some cardio but don't know if I am up to it tonight. I plan on being up at six for swimming in the morning but we'll see.
Just got back from the gym. Intercepted a trip through the drive thru on the way home and about to go make turkey burger something.
E- 40 minutes on elliptical. Check MMunches. Check Pushups ... will have to double up tomorrow but did some upper body free weights and machines 1/2 check
E- Food so on plan that kryptonite couldn't stop me. Check
D- My greens still do not smell like bacon but I will eat them anyway!

Yes I saw 219 on the scale this morning, right after I said hello to my friend TOM. This is typically a good week for me, so I am keeping my fingers crossed. Yep had one for breakfast.

Okay after my scale fluke this weekend My official weigh-in for the week actually has me down a pound so I feel much better. Next official weigh in is on next Monday. I know better than to weigh myself at two in the morning now. I did not go to the Y this morning, way too tired and sleepy. I will get in my work outs today.
I don't really know what to say you guys are so inspirational! I have a feeling the next few weeks will be FULL of weight loss and healthy choices.

I'm exhausted...i slept through my workout time AGAIN today. I fell asleep in the doc's office yesterday, and hubby kept me up late after me finishing my paper asking questions about the taxes.
You guys give me strength, i really need it this week.
Ok girls - Work is CRAZY!!! I don't have time to breath - let alone write.. but I wanted to let you all know that I'm taking the 2 seconds I have to write you all. I'll hopefully have time for personals when i get home - but that's not looking good either.
I'm on plan today - walked 2.8 miles yesterday w/ DD - going to walk again today.
TOM still hasn't arrived - 8 days late now.. REALLY FREAKING MOODY!!! I'm having a "I want to cry and quit my job" day.

Hey ya'll!!! I am a mess!!! But a happy mess. I could not, could not sleep last night....fell asleep at 5:30 got up at 7:30 to do the before school shuffle, but today had to STAY up for an appt to get my Depo shot at 10....so I ate my healthy breakfast, and went to the GYM after the appt! It's totally deserted in the mornings. So I had almost the whole thing to myself and guess what? I tried RUNNING. It was so hard!!! I think I ran at 6.0 for 30 seconds THREE times! then I walked reeeaaallll slow. Now here I am sipping my protein drink and watering up....chilling out. Came home to DH in bed, he came home sick.
Oh and I forgot to tell ya'll, I got a new toy too! I bought my runner's shoes! From the real runner's store, I tell ya. I got a gift certificate for Christmas and was never motivated enough to go get them. Guess what? I'm not a wide width like I thought I was, that was nice to know. Not to mention, I've been wearing my shoes way too big and wide. I got a muy $$$$ pair, but what a difference. I'm convinced. They're called Brooks, is that a good name in running shoes? I'm sure they are, for the price! I also bought some cute "runner's" socks...I suppose they could have sold me just about anything. I saw that thing they make for the iPod Nano + Nike shoes, it's a program that can tell you how far, how fast, how many calories you've walked. I didn't get Nikes but they said you can get an attatchy thing to hook up to any shoes. Pretty cool. No, I didn't buy it now, but it looked cool. I also got a calendar of upcoming 5 k races....thinking about training for a fall time one. Just a goal to shoot for. But I got my "magic shoes"!!!!
Well I better check on the hubby and get a shower! Love to all, keep the momentum going!!! This is our week!!!
Great job Michelle!!!!! I hope the hubby is feeling better soon. We have an annual 5k race here in Sept. I have been thinking about training for that. (Will make DH train for it too )

Got my workout in. Well except for my second 30 minute cardio that will be at nap time. It felt really good since I haven't done it in 4 days. I'm thinking about taking the kiddos for a walk if the rain ever stops. (who am I kidding, the rain NEVER stops around here). I am really regretting not getting up to swim this morning. I sounds so nice right now. Oh and I did 10 girlie pushups (ow my knees) and 5 regular pushups so tomorrow the goal is going to be 7 regular pushups.
Gotta get off my tush and start picking up the house. work for 4 days and you can imagine what the house looks like. EWW

Got in my second 30 minute cardio of the day. House is picked up, kids are in the bath (and in good moods too!) Now my big debate do I a. get in a second weight lifting set, or b. pull out my pilates video (which gives me a good core workout), or c. find something else to clean around my house (I'm sure there is a closet some where). Swim lessons tonight after Tommy's I may leave my suit on and go into the steam room for a while I'll let you know what my choice ends up being (may be all of the above)
