I am on the pill and still, wow! so PMS!
This my first month since I've been emotionally and mentally ready to make major changes. My goal is to stay that way through this week!!
I've got my eye on the ball. This may not be my challenge to win but I'm still workin' on it!

goal 154.5

Ladies, I'm struggling with PMS too! During this time, I'm usually a lazy, crying, over-eating mess. Sheer determination is helping me make it through the week!

So far this week, I've loss .5 lbs. Somehow that made me feel better than the 5 lbs of leftover Easter candy I have in my freezer ever could!

Morning all! No change for me today, holding a .4 down...

Challenge Start Weight: 197.2
Current Weight: 196.8 (-.4)
Challenge Goal Weight: 192.2

I'm having a good week so far though. I am hoping I'll lose at least 2 pounds by my official Monday weigh-in.

keep in mind-- I'm still up 1 lb. from the end of last challenge.

My goal is 186.5 and todays weight .......(drumroll please!)

187.2 woot I am close! and honestly this is the most I have lost in MONTHS since I was bad and quit counting and then I started again but was exercising so much that I was holding onto it. We will see if I can keep the loss!

Good job everyone, and try to catch me, lets have more than one winner!

Down 1.6 from yesterday. . .mainly due to me actually getting outside to exercise. Great day today 74 degrees.
