Okay, on Friday my friend and I discussed my lack of progress. She thinks that I am not eating enough. SO Friday and Sat. I upped calories from 1300-1400 to about 1600. Still, nothing. I will stick with it for a few more days and see if anything happens.

W-3 bottles or more
E- trying my new DVD (Jillian's new shred DVD)
E- 1500-1600 calories
D- Don't give up. When the going gets tough, the tough get going

Okay, so today I ate mostly healthy. I had some chips and choco this afternoon. All in all not bad for a Sunday.

OPk this weekend has been a complete bust.. and I'm self-reflecting now. I know I CAN do this, and I want to.. but finding the motivation and discipline right now is the hard part.

OK - so WEED starting tomorrow:

W - min 64 oz
E - make good choices and stop when full
E - Video cycle (which actually is working out well)

Hooray! The signature link had not appeared right away, but finally, here it is! Whoo hoo (I know--lame).

I actually did well today, but have been oddly bummed today. Probably becuase "Hip Hop Abs" turned into "Hip Hop Neck!" I seriously pulled something; however, if anyone asks, I "slept on it wrong." LOL!

Baby's still sick, so I will miss my gazillionth day of work this year. I was hoping she'd be well until Spring Break (next week), but no such luck!

WEED tomorrow:
W-72+
E- I'm thinking of lowering my points. I just feel "stuck" ... IDK...
E- NOT Hip Hop Abs. DDR, I guess. Walking if the mosquitos aren't so bad.
D- I didn't gain it overnight, so it won't fall off---blah, blah, blah. Stick with it!
