The only WEED I'm meeting today is the eating. No water, no exercise, no "D". I think I have the "Mid-March Blues". The thoughts of exercising bores me to no end. My goal for tomorrow is to play the 10 minute game. I promise myself I'll stop if 10 minutes into a video I feel bored. Any other suggestions? Not exercising is making me feel sluggish and gross.

E- keep doing what your doing

D- let's play the "10 Minute Game"
Grazie...I'd find some great music to play along side the video....or try a new video..or...hey did you watch any of the shimmy shows? You can get some great bellydance workout dvd's. I should've bought a couple more this weekend. I'd try something new if I was that bored.....
So can I change today's to WED instead? I had McD's for breakfast... fried Chicken Strips & Fries for lunch - and Burger King for Dinner!!!
I definitely am exercising tonight - and taking my "ME" time! at least the Water's down.

D - More "ME" time - I'm thinking at least a 1/2 hour for me - reading, crocheting - something other then work or mommydom.
Thanks for the warm welcomes! My wonderful boyfriend bamboozled my gym trip this evening, I only got 1/2 of my water down, stayed within my 1600 cals though! Hope to get to do a better read of the posts tomorrow and learn a little about everyone! Here's my WEED for tomorrow....

I have been so far off plan it's disgusting.
My scale says I've gain almost 7 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I know there is no way that is accurate so I need to get my water back up to flush the sodium out and we'll see how bad the damage really is.

I'm laid off - so have a bit more of extra time just recently - but you know I totally understand shift work & time constraints . . . 1/2 the time don't know if I'm coming or going!!!
It's been fun to watch evening TV with dd10Tess (I'm usually 2nd shift/not home inthe evenings) - we watched American Idol last nite (haven't seen since Kelly) - then found out I'd missed The Biggest Loser dangit!

D - Me time after the work out - a MINIMUM of 1/2 hour to just be ME!!! (crochet, read, spend time /w myself doing what I LOVE!)
After eating too many calories last night, due to pizza, I am getting back on track today. Met my goal for water yesterday and exceeded my exercise (felt guilty about the pizza). So here goes.
W- 3 bottles
E- 30 min. cardio DVD
E- No pizza, stay on track
D- stay positive

I hate to say how much i am glad that i am not the only one who has fallen off the wagen lately. I too have not been drinking much water. This morning my scale said 137.8 but i don't think that is a fat weight; more of a sodium weight. So today i am eating and drinking better. Only 2 cups of coffee instead of 3....i ate my healthy breakfast and have yogurt and tuna for lunch and something healthy for dinner, i'm sure. Definately gotta work on the water again today. Got one bottle down, only 3 more to go. I hope to get back to the gym next week. Still waiting on the boyfriend to go back to work. I know that's not a good excuse but it's the only one i got.
Todays WEED:

E- 1200 calories
D- eat light and finish your work.
So far today has been great
Water - almost finished all three litres!
E- Did kickboxing and 135 crunches
E-breakfast was an banana and a pear, grilled veggies for lunch and strawberries for snack...hmm now what to make for dinner

HI gals. Too worn out today for anything Tommy was up until midnight and I had to get up at 2. DH couldn't help because he just wanted me. Poor baby. Then I did what i didn't want to do: I kept myself awake with sugar and caffine, then caffine and sugar, OH yeah then there was the sugar and caffine. Tomorrow will be a better day. Anyway I will get to go to bed early tonight (I am shooting for 6:30 but we will see).
