i am still pretty sore today....we're gonna do the 5 minute hip hop abs and i think a WATP dvd. i am gonna do some big cooking this weekend and portion it all out like i did last night with stuffed shells

Afternoon lady weeders!!! Hope every one is having a happy friday. Work has been crazy but i think i finally got it all done and have time for a breather. Been doing okay on my weed i suppose. kinda hanging tight at about the 136 mark. Not sure i am ever going to be able to drop to the low 30's or mid to upper 20"s. Feeling kinda of discouraged...but i guess i shouldn't.

Weed for today:

W- 64 ounces
E- 35 minutes elliptical and some upper body free weights.
E- 1200 calories
D- just got to keep plugging away....

So today was a okay day. My teeth have been hurting since this morning and it's caused a headache. I can't wait to get my dental back so I can go get this fixed!

I need to start paying more attention to the sales ad in the newspaper cause Walgreens had a sale on those fabulous Fiber One bars and it ended tonight! I was only able to get two boxes.

They were also having a sale on that Special k protein water. They were only $1 each so I got one of each flavor (they only had two). Has anyone tried these?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my little brother Marquis who is 14 today! I'm still trying to figure out how that happened since yesterday he was two and attached to my hip. I felt HORRIBLE cause I got up this morning, saw him all day, and didn't wish him a happy birthday! BUT I didn't know today's date until I was on the bus on the way to work! He doesn't care though. Mama brought him a new Yugioh game and he's been occupied all day. I brought him some sunflower seeds and soda when I got off work.

My baby brother turns 15 tomorrow.....I was the first person other than mom to hold him. I left home when he was 8 months old (i was an early in life delivery for mom.....so she was 33 when she had him, i was almost 18) and here he is....15. Makes me wanna cry *sniff*

I didn't have such a good day today eating...i sat and worked on schoolwork which meant i was racking my brain for answers and got bored quickly. I'm about to use my Bean workout dvd....I know it helped with my gut some when I used it regularly before. I've just gotta try harder

Oh boy ladies....I did my Bean workout, then I did 2 10 minute latin dance workouts.....i had LOTs of energy after that and didn't get to bed til 10 am. I got the dishes done and the house vaccumed though

Weigh in this was good. I'm back to 170. Just finished one of the firm videos. Yesterday I ate junk all day and then felt like #$%$. Today I'm eating better.

and now i'm depressed. I haven't eaten anything but breakfast today so I've gotta eat something here and fight the urge to go get a burger and a case of beer to drink myself stupid.
