Cool Salad-a-day-challenge!
SALAD a day CHALLENGE- Who's in?

I am doing the salad a day challenge (i made it up, hehehe)

GOAL: To have one salad a day (EVEN IF IT IS JUST A CUP) and update here!

We can share salad recipes and salad dressings.

I can start off saying that I love Mexican Salads, beans and corn, and tomato, I had one the other night.

Also, The ranch kraft brand south beach diet dressing ---YECK! IMO

I'm totally in! In fact i started yesterday, I had a nice big yummy greek salad while all my friends had pizza! (flexes her guns) 145 here i come!

just finished my salad for lunch. i had two breakfasts and a Chip-o-thon this morning and went kind of crazy with it, but i managed to stop binging, and had a nice big salad for lunch. I like this challenge!

Hey Mango-
I had a cesar salad yesterday for lunch, it had romain lettuce, yummy, and I added about a table spoon of their dressing, it went a long way.
I had a chesseburger for dinner- LOL, but at least I got nutrition from the salad!
