Oh me me me!!! I wanna join too!

It will be a tough challenge for me, I'm going to Paris after Christmas and will be there for 6 days! I don't know HOW I'll do with French pastries and warm baguettes staring me in the face for 6 days straight, but if I have a challenge to continue with after I return from vaca, it will certainly help me get back on track...I would LOVE to hit 150 before Feb 14th! So I say all that to say count me in!

Hi Ladies! I'm definately in for this challenge. I want to lose 15 pounds by V-Day, and hopefullyget something cute to wear to celebrate the accomplishment My plan is to primarily calorie count. Right now, my goal is to eat 1400 calories a day, exercise 2x a day, and post my progress everday. I think what has derailed me in the past is not keeping accountable for my eating and using stress asa reason to overeat. I'm ready to rid myself of the cycle and become a healthier and naturally thin person before spring (ahem..swimsuit season!)

I look forward to posting with you ladies!

Today:

1500 calories eaten

225 calories burned (3-mile walk)

- a good start, but I def want to plan my meals better so that i will be within my calorie budget and get up early, so i can complete my 2x daily workouts.

I would love to challenge myself, since I have reached a goal weight, to become more physically fit by V-Day. I used to be a gym bunny but since returning to college full time I have become a lazy lump of a caffeine freak! I hate it!

I could use a V-day challenge. I would like to lose at least 15 pounds. That would put me close to my second mini goal. I started weight watchers 3 weeks ago. Now I just have to get the exercise part down

Hi Ladies! Here is my post for the day (trying to stay accountable). I have to say that I did abismal with the calories- I went to Cheesecake Factory for lunch, need I say more? But instead of using that as an excuse to binge for the rest of the day, I took my butt to the gym and burned off a portion of what I ate. Good or bad...I want to try my best everyday and work towards those 15 pounds. Hope everyone is having a good week!

Total Cals: 2040 (1400 of those was a small lunch at cheescake :0)
Cals Burned: 900 (1+ hrs. on the elliptical)

Hi Ladies!

Great job on the weight loss Ally! You are one pound closer to your goal. Also shout outs fellow newbies Sarah, Koren, & Cammie. I think its pretty neat that most of us have the same weight loss goal during this challenge- 15 pounds. Lets def. motivate each other to get there. My eating is slowly getting better, I don't think I can do 2x daily workouts as I planned (because I tend to be a little lazy in the mornings - but I am shooting to be active every day. Good night!

Total Cals: 1400
Cals Burned: 300 (4-mile dog walk)
