Hi all, I made my goal of # 5 for the month. Not sure I'm excited because I'm thinking my scales my be not working. We'll see what happens!

I don't even remember my original goal.. I know that the scale I was using was #6 off - and in the end I was OUT OF THE #190'S!!! I'm really excited about that!

I start training tomorrow for a 5K walk in Jan.. yea - bitter cold - but I'm challenging myself to do it!
