Hi Y'All

Sorry I have been MIA. I have been dealing with so many inner fears this week, I can hardly function. I have been functioning, but not without a lot of emotional processing along the way. The week has been a blur and I have no interest in analyzing how I did WEED wise. I think I will simply try to get back on track...Oops, I used the "try" word, didn't I? Do or do not. Hmmm, to be honest right now, I am leaning more towards "do not". So, let's see if I can make a start. I am willing to DO:

W - 64 oz.
E - I am willing to eat 5 - 10 servings of fruit and veggies today.
E - I will at the very least, WALK, at 2:15 today for an hour OR maybe I will be willing to DO Week 8/Day 3 of c25k
D - Slogging through this mud is not easy, but there is no turning back. I will get through this and hit dry ground eventually.

awwwww clykkie, c'mere Girl! I'm on an awful downswing myself - Think we both need a shot of The Dancing Carrot: Here's to us . . . for checking in whether we're doing Good/Bad/Happy or Sad!

That's what I love about 3fc and especially our WOW/WEED Group - I really feel comfortable Posting HONESTLY on how I'm doing, ya know? WEED'ers have always giving me just the right amount of a kick in the a$$ and/or empathy/sympathy depending with what I've got going on, ya know?

The bottom line for me is that no matter HOW I'm doing changing my wol to healthier -ups/downs/all arounds . . . by coming here living & laughing & sometimes even crying with you gals . . . I'm doing so much the better than when I'm on my own!

Hope I'm doing the same for you all.

With that said . . . gotta tell ya that I am just suffering with this blasted tooth! Calling both dentists Monday Morning to say enuf is enuf. That's why I gotta just body slam ole Yoda and tell ya that I'm going to TRY to do whatever I can until then, kay?

Still haven't had a Bud Lite nChelle . . . thinking of changing my u/n to AbstinentAud! (Besides liking the carb-count of my Viking pillies!

W: Room temp is all I can stand - BLEECH!

E: Whatever doesn't make this basturd pound!

E: Whatever I can pour directly into my throat bypassing the festering wasteland of my mouth!

<-------working on a paper due tomorrow. My last one wasn't as great as I'd hoped, so i'm working on something for a better grade tomorrow.

had 2 quesadillas this morning, one with 1/4 avocado. working on water right now, an apple sounds good too.

Yeah, aud, I see a few people have been on the down-swing. I don't know about you, but when I am feeling like this all I wanna do is get together for a gab session with my girlfriends. This is close enough, I figure. Sucks about your tooth!

And papers, Holyteror. Don't envy you there! I'm glad the apple got around though! Now, all I wanna know is, who handed me the box of Honey Nut Cheerios I had my hands in this afternoon?! Hmmm?!

I am waiting on my DH to get dinner on the table. He just cracked me up by asking me if I wanted to eat outside. It is 12C/52F out there!! What a nut!

I have gotten more veggies in by having a glass of V8 juice just now and dinner will supply me with a serving or more, so I met my WEED Do List!!

Gotta go! Dinner awaits!!

It's been a while since I've done a W.E.E.D but I want to get back to making this a daily habit. So here's mine for today

W- 10 glasses
E- no exercising today but plan on doing HHA tomorrow
E- ate very well, stayed withing calorie range and no junk food
D- nothing today, it was a very lazy day.

everyone!

So I got 70 min of exercise yesterday. But I kinda figured that it was cancelled out by the horrific eating I did afterwards (the pitfalls of having a best friend who's going to Culinard!). But when I got up today, I hopped on the scale to see how much damage control I would have to do and I've lost. Thank you body! I celebrated with a peanut butter and jelly wheat bagel and a bottle of water. Protein and fiber is good for Shari.

Today is my first day on night shift and I'm nervous/excited. We'll see how this goes.
