I've been doin the biggest loser vol 1 workout dvds and lemme tell you they are kickin my butt.....they're AWESOME! i've been feeling like i've really worked muscles all week!! plus, guess what, I found muscles in my arms!!!!
lol i know, silly me, but i've been feelin pretty good on the workout front

Morning girls, just a quick pop in before I take the kids to bumper bowling. My spacebar is acting screwy and it's been making me nuts this week. Lots of backspacing and run on words. grrr.
Been doing good, saw 229 on the scale this morning! I'm hoping I'm out of those 230s FOREVER. Exercise wise, have been kind of blowing off the gym, but eating wise, right on target. I've also kept my no drinking promise.
I work tonight and tomorrow night. I'll miss bowling league this weekend, I tell ya, I SO look forward to going, we have so much fun.

Morning, WEEDers! This is going to be the only time I can check in until Monday, so I'm going to add an update here and post my weight loss for TBL challenge. The final number for the week, as of this morning is.... *drumroll* 154! That's 4 pounds down for the week. Gotta love that 140s, here I come!
My WEED for the weekend:
W- Aim for 100oz for the weekend
E- Boyfriend-related activities.
E- Stay on plan, even though the boyfriend's here!
D- As of tomorrow, you'll have gone an entire week 100% on plan with your food! Congrats, girl!

Congrats Azure on 4 pounds down this week!! That's awesome. My final number lost this week was one pound. But I am good with that. Slow and steady wins the race. As long as I continue to lose at least one pound a week, i will eventually get to that magic number i long to see, 125, 120, 115??? Who knows...but I'll know once I get there!!

sometimes i really think im never going to lose. my water intake is better . but well as im typing im eating a three musketeers. i hate being on my period .id kill if i dont get what im craving. grrrr. plus i deserve it for being torchered with cramps. anyways.
w- better, not at goal amount yet
e- today i did horrible i didnt eat breakfast or lunch and last minute grapped some salmon sushi on the way home. aaaannnndddd a little choco.
e- grr im fat and not moving . i was at school all day today and didnt get to go to the gym
d- i need to pick myself up.i can do this.

Freaked out that I had a 2# loss even tho' I've been a gigantic hormonal/lackthereof total crapazoid all week!
Could it be from just attempting the WEED habit no matter what??????

Good Sunday to everyone! I did great yesterday! and I found out I am allowed to have a water bottle in the Lab (I spend 80 % of my time in there) so My water intake will be MUCH better! (and easier)
Michelle, I am keeping my fingers crossed that you are out of the 230's. I haven't weighed myself since Halloween, I plan on doing that on Friday so I will let you know!
Went to the gym again last night! OnceI went I realized that it was easier than I thought it would be to work out after work. Although, DH heads back to work and I will have the kids tomorrow. plus Makies activitys keep us busy T W TH. We'll see!

Hi ladies I'm hovering at 197 again. If I can get my water in today, and keep myself occupied before/after the ballgame i should be ok. I'd like to make hot wings for lunch. That means I've gotta get dressed and go get the sauce LOL. I need to get a workout in today though.
Don't know if I mentioned it or not.....last week we bought a Wii. Last night I whooped my DH's hind end in boxing LOL....TALK ABOUT A WORKOUT! i was sweatin like i would be doin my noon workout at work
gonna try to get my weed goin today, i need water to start with

Hey guys! Amy, we have a Wii too and we LOVE it LOVE it! Did you know that there's a Wii Fit coming out soon? Some kind of exercise game. I can't wait for it. Right now we play a lot of bowling!
OMG I saw 227 on the scale this morning, but I'll wait for the official wt tomorrow. Last night at work, one of my friends/ coworkers has decided to make changes and lose weight, and we talked ALL night long, about exercise, diet,etc....then we DID some of our work exercises! Wall push ups, walking lunges, squats, and did the stairs. It was awesome. Oh and I'm hosting another Big Loser contest at work. We've done it twice now and I get a lot of good responses. I won it once! This time the competition is FIERCE! So hopefully we're really motivated. We plan little wt loss events too, one time we ran the McKinley Monument steps (theres a couple hundred of them), we walked all nearby parks, rollerskating, mall walking when it was cold. It's nice to get the live encouragement and support.
So what TV shows are we looking forward to coming back this fall? I can't wait for House MD, the Simpsons....I'd love advice on any new shows to look up.
Get ready for work Michelle...
W- 3-4 liters
E- Had my WW English Muffin and grapes for breakfast, probably a sandwich and soup before I go to work and the same plus pretzels and an apple for work lunch?
E- Maybe some more "work" exercises, above

the other people participating in our current challenge decided they wanted to extend a month. there were only 2 who didn't want to, cuz we were the 2 who were workin our butts off. so i have til oct 12. gotta get back on the ball.

A shout out to everyone! I look forward to hearing about all of your official losses on w/i day tomorrow! I am feeling lighter myself, but I'm not going to check until tomorrow morning. Crossing my fingers and my toes.
It was a very busy weekend personally and work-wise. I am going to have another busy time of it for the next 3 days. I can't imagine how I will fit in work-outs and proper eating, but that is silly, isn't it? I CAN DO THIS. Busy or not.
I think I will start tomorrow off right by getting to bed now.
I'll be checking in early tomorrow. See you then.
