I mapped out the walking route that I have been using lately...it's just under 5 km. It takes me 60 min to walk it....but I have been jogging 1 km of that in the middle, so I have tacked on an extra block at the end to increase the minutes.
It's amazing to think that when I started this, I couldn't jog to the end of my street...and now I am jogging 1 km.
My dh is training for a 1/2 marathon in October, so I think he was very impressed with my progress.

Everyone is doing great!!!!

Well I took a shower and got dressed , put my shoes on and then I felt like I just HAD to go for a walk! lol (I was planning on a break today since none on sunday. )

50 minutes and since I met my goal of 1500 minutes, I reset my ticker for a 2000 minute goal! Yeah!!!

No kidding! Well below I am posting my walking stats for last year and this year, I would have to dig deep for the previous year. July15: 60 min swim
July16: 60 min walk, 30 min bike
July17: 60 min walk
July18: 30 min bike ride.
July19: 60 min walk/jog
July20: 40 min Turbo Sculpt
July21: 60 min walk/jog
July22: rest
July23: 60 min walk/jog
July24: 40 min Turbo Sculpt
July25: 60 min walk/jog
July26: 60 min walk/jog
July27: rest....intended to work-out in the evening...but that plan didn't 'workout'
July28 60 min walk/jog
July29: 40 min Turbo Sculpt, 60 min walk/jog...by boys came with me this time...one on a bike and the other one walked too. It's nice to have company!
