No kidding! Well below I am posting my walking stats for last year and this year, I would have to dig deep for the previous year. Next month is the month I have to be real careful August IS the HOTTEST month out here! And last year my walking really slumped then cause it was so hot. I am really glad I am doing this super early in the a.m. it also sets up a great habit where it is the first thing I do when I wake up and before any other things clutter my day.
