Hi everyone :) Jc congrats on surpassing your goal and congrats to all of you on your exercise plans. I am gearing up for April and wrote out my plan for the month. Just want to say thanks for another month and to you all, wishing you all continued success.
I'm a bit concerned about my ankle. Some of you may know that I was having ankle problems, well that ankle (old break) is fine now and for certain I have strengthened it with the exercise. Thing is, the ankle in my other leg is bothering me now (for about 3 weeks now), nice ha? lol It is very tender to the touch (bone) and looks a bit swollen, also throbs and hurts sometimes, particularly after my walks. I don't remember having whacked the bone accidentally so I'm a bit puzzled by it, though my DH said if I bruised the bone, a bruised bone takes a long time to heal.....do any of you perhaps have any feedback on this? I'm hoping to god, there is no hairline fracture or anything there, no wayyyyyyyy are they putting me in a cast again! ANyways, guess I will give it another week and see how it goes before a doc visit. Hard to see if there is a lump there because it's over the bone (maybe a little bit : (. Hello ladies : ) just wanted to report that my leg feels fine today. I only did my toning yesterday. I am happy and releived....the fact that it's much better tells me it is nothing serious. HOpe you all have a great weekend. I'll post my final day months report tomorrow.
