Hi everyone,
This was a really bad month for me. I had a hard time getting into the routine after the first week went bad. But I'm feeling good and getting back now Hope everyone else is well.

I just joined in on the March exercise challenge. We're only going to each have one page and then go back and edit that one page to keep track of minutes right? I see that a lot of you are posting your exercise calendars on each post, not just your first post, and it gets to be way too much. Just wondering...cuz that's how we did it in the 20-somethings exercise challenge! And I noticed someone said that's what you do toward the beginning of this challenge....

Take care of yourself Fullsteam ahead! Rest your ankle, try doing some upper body stuff. I cant believe this month is almost over. I am going to get close to my goal. I did some extra stuff at home this morning and I will head to the gym for an hour tonight. I plan on having dinner ready so DH just has to cook the veggies and rice while I am working out. I hope to see everyone in the March Exercise Challege.

Hi everybody. Been so busy with my friend in the hospital. She had been ill and now she has had her baby. She is so happy. I'm so happy for her.

Anyhoo, I am not sure if I will be on the March thread only bc I have two more I post on and she may have to stay here inthe beginning with her baby some so I can help since it was c section. I don't know when I'll be getting online. But I will be using my calendar to mark it all down in my room. Overall, this month was fine for me. Considering that most days without exercise I end up with 3000 steps, I had no days like that this month. So yay!!!

I have really enjoyed chatting with you all this month. Thanks so much for the great support and I hope to see you on the April thread for sure! (Maybe even second half of March. LOL)

Take care!!! Selina

hi all : )

soon2bit, hi Your an inspiration! I'm happy that your freind is well and that all went okay with the delivery! So nice of you to help her out like that.

you said that most days without exercising you end up with 3000 steps so it was a "fine" month for you! please do replace that with super duper awesomeeeeeeeeeeee!

Your attitude and mindset helps me as well! I dont know what was wrong with me last few days, not feeling so well and sometimes I guess I can be hard on myself but surelyyyyy, a reminder to think of the progress made is great! (i may of been a bit of a whiner lately with ankle and tom, lol). I went from doing absolutely no exercise to all that this past month, so yeahhhhhh, it was a mighty fine month for me too anyhow, will be seeing you on the boards soon : ) , keep in touch and drop me a prive anytime.

I'm happy february is over, lol take care all
