This challenge has been great for me, though I obviously set my sights too low.

Next month, I'll challenge myself more.

I'm just logging time on the treadmill right now. I mean to add weights back in. Maybe that will be my goal for February!

Thanks for the support. I really didn't think my number would be so reachable this month.

EILUJ!!! You are an inspiration!! I have to get my but in gear I have to do a minimium of 60 minutes per day for the rest of the month to get in my time!!

I am very excited I am joining the Y!! We have been talking about doing it with our income tax money. and now it is going to become a reality. We checked into doing it for 3 months 6 months or a year. (I do not like the idea of a monthy payment, especially a automatic draft each month) The quarterly rate would be : $250 for the first quarter then $166 each quarter after that. When I figured it out for the year it would be approx. $745 for the year to pay quarterly. If I pay month to month or just pay 1 full year it would be $660. So either the girl who told DH the quarterly rates was wrong, I figured it should be $250 for the first quarter then 145 for the rest. Anyhow we decided to pay for the full year!!! I am nervous because I am getting a new job and that means I won't be able to work out as planned. (ALTHOUGH I will STILL WORK OUT!) Plus If DH uses it as planned and we get the kids involved it will be no problem getting our $$$ worth.

Hey every1!! I havent updated my exercise in forever but looking back, im soo proud of all that ive done!! I joined curves toward the beginning of January so i havent been working out 4 times a week but only 3 for the past 2weeks but im gonna start adding treadmill in 2ce a week again.
Cuz i kinda stopped running on the treadmill i havent hit my 15 miles yet but im so close and i want to finish. This is the only challenge where ive actually met or come close to my goal. Ive joined weight loss challenges but im on a major platuea for the past 5 months so none of those challenges went newhere. Ive challenged myself to stop drinking soda and psch that didnt happen. but this challenge i actually stuck with and im so proud!!!
Anyway, i hope everyone is doing good. Good luck with the last couple dayz of the challenge and i hope to see u all in a February exercise challenge!!
