Pam, welcome! Wow, good for you getting on your bike!

Kate, you're doing great!! Pansy (get better soon, sweetie) and Donna, you, too!

I gardened for two hours yesterday, and I'm counting it as exercise! My muscles are aching all over today.

Great job Kate!!

Thanks for the warm welcome. Last night I did a 30 minute aerobics work out and when the program was done I felt like I could work out more, so I hopped on the treadmill and walked for 30 additonal minutes.

Wooo Hoo I think I am on the right track!

I hate days like this, i don't want to do anything, i don't want to eat right I don't want to exercise. I'm pretty happy to say that i pushed myself to do both. I got 60 minutes at the pool, playing and swimming with my niece and 20 minutes on the bike, i pushed myself and went 5.5 miles, then i did 35 wall push ups.

80 minutes today!

41 minutes 14-18 mph 10.6 miles, plus some arm and shoulder work while i was on the bike. That makes 6 days in a row of working out, I think that's a record for me!

Well I really didnt "exercise" this weekend, we were at friends cabin up on Mil Lacs lake and the wind was about 40mph and we were on the lake all day with the jetski. I even got thrown off the darn thing!!! My legs are so sore -it had to be the equivelance of riding horse all day- my inner thighs and biceps are on fire!! Which hopefully means I am burning some of that fat!!

I brought my walking shoes to work and plan on walking up to the local 24hr fitness place and renewing my membership - I didnt bring lunch today so I plan on stopping and getting a salad from Quiznos.

My goals for this week are: Eat less carbs and keep up with aerobic activity at least 1 hr a day.

Hope you all are staying on track!

Pam
